July 15, 2011 Auction Scheduled for August 30, 2011 Register Now to Buy or Sell!
Pat Shanahan announced that the next Ironmanauction.com LLC auction will take place beginning at 10 AM on August 30th, 2011. A nice line of equipment is being gathered including John Deere, Case/IH Steiger and now is a great time to put your Harvest equipment on line! Now is the time to also sign up for a bidding number. Bidding on this sale begins on July 30th at 6:00 AM.
Pat mentioned the cutoff date for adding more equipment is scheduled to be July 29, 2011.
Anyone with Farm, Ag, or Construction Equipment, Trucks, Trailers, Vehicles or other items they would like to place on the August 30th auction are encouraged to contact Pat direct at 402-720-7037 or email him at pat@ironmanauction.com.
Pat also announced that Ironmanauction.com LLC is expanding and looking for experienced sales people in all states. Contact Pat or send an e-mail to info@ironmanauction.com for more information. Ag and Heavy Equipment knowledge and experience of big iron items such as tractors, combines, wheel loaders, dozers, etc. as well as having access to a reliable vehicle, digital camera, laptop computer, along with a good driving record are some of the requirements. March 28, 2011 Late Model John Deere Equipment Sale to be on May 18, 2011 Register now to buy or sell!!
Pat Shanahan, National Sales Manager for Ironmanauction.com announced today that a line of late model John Deere Farm Equipment, including many nice Tractors and Combines, will be auctioned on May 18th, 2011 exclusively on Ironmanauction.com.
Pat also said there would be room for about 30 additional pieces of equipment that can be placed on this Auction, recommending that anyone who is interested in placing equipment on this Ironmanauction.com Auction to contact him in the very near future to get their equipment listed either unreserved or with a fair reserve.

“Our first Online Bidder Timed Auction for this new site is scheduled for May 11, 2011”, Pat said.
Pat stated: “Ironmanauction.com is a Midwest based company providing a fair Online Bidder Timed Auction format to all corners of the World, whether it be 5 miles or 5,000 miles away, for Buyers and Sellers of Heavy Equipment, Farm and AG Equipment, and Construction Equipment, as well as Vehicles including Trucks, Trailers, and other types of vehicles. We are offering our services to New and Pre-owned Equipment Dealers as well as to the large and small Commercial and Ag business sectors.
Ironmanauction.com facilitates an Online Bidder Timed Auction process that is fair to every party involved in the sale of the equipment including the Buyer, the Seller, the lien or note holder (if any), and Ironmanauction.com. It is a win-win formula for everyone involved. And that is how it should be.”
Pat continued, “The bid process is accomplished by utilizing 6 primary guidelines:

· The Seller has the right to place a minimum opening bid or reserve up to approximately 70% of fair market value to protect Seller and Lien Holder interests in the property.
· Bidding ends at a designated day, minute, and hour on each item unless a Bid is placed in the last 3 minutes of each item, in which case the Bid process is extended for 3 more minutes until there are no further Bids in the last 3 minute timeframe.
· The Buyer is responsible for ALL Shipping, taxes, duties, or other Buyer costs resulting from their equipment purchase.
· A very fair Professional Service Fee paid by the Seller to Ironmanauction.com is based on volume of equipment listed at auction and the type of bid process selected by the Seller.”
